There are two options for Vendor Booths:
$325 12’x 10′ check in Saturday after 12 PM in showroom area
$650 24’x 10′ check in Saturday after 12 PM in showroom area
Description:
Vendor Booth will include Hotel Wi-Fi. Electricity must be ordered directly from the Kalahari. Tables, tablecloths and other items may be ordered from the Kalahari or Vendor may bring their own. A Kalahari Vendors Contract for supplemental services will be sent to you by the Vendor Chair. Plan to bring extension cords and all set up material for your area.
Vendor will be entitled to a one-page ad to be included in the National Specialty Catalog. Vendor must submit camera-ready art/ad to the Vendor Chair by August 15, 2025.
Vendors are invited to contact Publicity at GDCA.East.Division@gmail.com to discuss complimentary opportunities to promote their goods or services on our social media feeds throughout the year.

Diane will email you a vendor contract and form for supplemental services offered by the Kalahari as well as shipping information/costs if you are shipping items directly to the Kalahari.
Those staying through 10/18/25 for the Independent Specialty may do so at no extra charge, however, you must break down and be out of the space no later than 9:00 p.m. that same day.
