RV Information
RV reservations open on Saturday, Feb. 19 @ 10:00am Est
We pleased to provide information about RV Parking for the 2022 GDCA National. The event will be held at the EMBASSY SUITES AND CONVENTION CENTER in Norman, OK. The dates of the event are Oct. 9-15, 2022. Please take a moment to read over the information provided as it should answer most of the common questions surrounding RV parking for this National.
Q: When will RV spaces go on sale?
A: The ‘ON SALE’ date will be announced by the division soon.
Q: What is the cost for a space?
A: The cost is being finalized and will be announced at the same time the “ON SALE’ date is announced.
Q: How will the spaces be reserved?
A: As in the past, ALL spaces and related services will be reserved/purchased through the GDCA ONLINE STORE when they go on sale. If a ‘sell out’ occurs there will be a wait list.
RV PARKING DETAILS
CHECK-IN WILL BEGIN AT NOON ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 8,2022. If you plan to be in the area earlier please explore RV park options off site as the power set-up crew cannot perform their work with RV’s on-site. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
- All spaces will be 50 amp (if your needs are different – simply use your adapters and bring 100ft of your style power cord for hook-up)
- All spaces will provide the same amount of area.
- There will be the opportunity for two (2) pump-outs (Tues. and Fri.) This service will be ala-cart. PURCHASE at the same time you make your reservation – on-line store ONLY. Click here to purchase.
- As in the past – water will be available via ‘hose brigade”. (Bring 100 ft. of hose)
- To aid in planning, please complete and return the following when making your reservation. (Click here to complete form. It will open a new window)
- Date of arrival
- Type and size of RV (All spaces provide the same amount of space. There should be room for your RV + one vehicle on each site. (Additional parking just outside the RV area is available)
- What power input was your RV manufactured to use. (50/30/20/other)( ALL power is 50a – this is only for load balancing considerations)
- Would you like to be parked near someone? List full name.(Every effort will be made to accommodate)
NOTE: The RV power for the National ends at 11am on Sunday October 16, 2022. If you will be staying for the Sunday Specialty and want to continue your power hook-up you must check the box indicating you want an additional day ($25) when making your reservation. This will provide you with continued power until Monday morning.

**Sponsors seats are placed adjacent to ring, in sequential order beginning with diamond, platinum, gold, silver and bronze in the first and second rows, depending on level of sponsorship. After first row is filled, seats are assigned to second row.
