Hotel Reservations
Room reservations will open on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time Noon Eastern Time.
The reservation link will be available on the following page https://gdca.org/shows/national-specialties/2023-room-reservations-secure-link/ on the above date and time and not a moment before.
The event will take place at the beautiful Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder Resort. The address is 20 Buffalo Thunder Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The week starts with the Welcome Party on Sunday, October 29th. The Top 20 will be on Wednesday, November 1st. The National will end with the Closing Ceremonies on Saturday, November 4th. The Great Dane Club of California will host an independent Specialty on Sunday, November 5th.
There is a strict 2 room limit per person.
More than 2 rooms booked will be canceled!
No reservations will be taken by phone.
The room rate is $139.00 USD plus tax per night. You will have the option of a room with a king bed, or a room with two queen beds. There is a one-time pet fee of $50.00 for your stay with a limit of two pets per room.
Your credit card will be charged for a one night’s stay of $139 plus tax at the time of booking.
Our discounted rates are only available 10/29/2023 through 11/5/2023. If you need a room outside these dates, you will be required to pay the hotel’s standard rate for the additional stay.
Room deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after August 15th, 2023
***If you are unable to get a reservation, we recommend that you contact Laura Munro, our Hotel Liaison at laura@daneaffaire.com to add your name to the waiting list. She will need to know the room type you are requesting, arrival and departure dates, your email address and your phone number to add you to the list.
