Golf Cart and Scooter Rentals
This year the golf carts must be reserved and rented directly by the user through the company listed below.
Deadline to reserve your golf cart is August 15, 2024. It will be the responsibility of the renter to take care of covering the cart with insurance and it may be covered under your homeowner’s policy. It is your responsibility to check this out.
Price per day is $80.00 which includes delivery and pickup of the cart.
Carts are four seat carts and are powered by gasoline only.
They are NOT set up for street use.

Welcome to the 2024 GDCA North Division National.
The link below will take you to the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center reservation center for the National being held October 27 th – November 3rd 2024. Reservations open January 29, 2024 at 8 AM CST. You will need to
select a room with or without a dog; each room will be assigned as a Double Queen (with fridge and microwave) for $139.00 USD plus tax per night.

There is a strict one room-booking limit per person. If you need to book multiple rooms, you will have to exit the site and book again.
No reservations by phone.
Your credit card will be charged for a one night’s stay of $139 (tax not included) at the time of booking. Rooms with dogs will be subject to a one-time $150 pet fee at check in.
Our discounted rates are only available 10/23/2024 through 11/5/2024. If you need a room outside these dates, you will be required to pay the hotel’s standard rate for the additional stay.
Cancelation fee will of $30 will be charged for any reservation confirmed.
Room deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after September 1, 2024.

PARADE OF CHAMPIONS, TITLEHOLDERS & VETERANS
All Champions of Record, Titleholders, or Veteran Great Danes that are at least six (6) years old are eligible to enter the Parade. ( AKC Recognized Titles Only). This is non-competitive parade. Each Great Dane entered and shown in the Parade will receive a Rosette imprinted with the dog’s name and Parade Catalog. All titles will be announced. The entry fee is $30.00.
Fee is payable online thru the GDCA Store.

Cost per RV is $1200 inclusive of services as listed below.
Important information you need to know……

- Exhibitor RV check in will begin at 9am CT on 10/27/24. Per restrictions being imposed by The Kalahari Resort, exhibitor RV’s arriving prior to 9am on 10/27/24 will not be allowed to park in any of the parking lots at Kalahari while waiting for check in to begin.
- All spaces will be the exact same size. Each space will accommodate most tow vehicles and tow-behinds so you can park those vehicles within the boundaries of your assigned RV space. Any over-sized tow vehicles or additional vehicles will be required to park in the parking lot adjacent to the RV Parking area.
- A large commercial dumpster will be located within the RV parking area for disposal of dog waste and garbage. You are expected to clean up after your dogs and keep your area clean during the week.
- Be sure you plan ahead for your use of fresh water and septic. There is no source of fresh water on site to fill your tank when you arrive so be sure you have filled with fresh water and dumped your tanks before arriving for check in.
- The RV parking area will be adjacent to a large grassy space where dogs can be pottied and walked. PLEASE keep this area clean! The Kalahari has never hosted a dog show previously so we need to make sure we leave a positive impression.
- RVs must be removed from the Kalahari parking lot by 11am on Monday November 4th.
- Should all spaces be filled, a waitlist will be started to fill any vacancies that may open.
- Reservations MUST be cancelled no later than 8/1/24 to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your reservation after 8/1/24 and your space can be filled, you will receive a full refund. If your space remains unsold you will not receive a refund.
- A letter will be emailed to all confirmed reservations with check-in instructions on October 1st. Information on the fresh water delivery and septic pumping will be included in that email as well.

There are two options for Vendor Booths:
$375 12’x 10′ check in Saturday in showroom area
$750 24’x 10′ check in Saturday in showroom area
Description:
All prices include Wi-Fi, tablecloths, 1-2 6′ tables, 2 chairs. Please bring extension cords and all set up material for your area.
